Hennie Van der Merwe

Hennie completed a diploma in mechanical engineering before graduating with a B. Proc. degree from the University of Pretoria. He joined MacRobert Attorneys in 1976 and qualified as an attorney in 1978. He was appointed as a director in 1983. Hennie is a qualified conveyancer, having a vast experience of correspondence conveyancing and a sound understanding of problems experienced by practitioners and clients in rural areas. With his engineering background Hennie has a solid knowledge of computers and provides an invaluable contribution to the firm and clients alike in information technology matters, specialising in the application of computerised systems in a large-volume conveyancing practice.

Admitted to the High Court as an attorney in January 2016.
