Woes are piling up for social media influencer Mihlali Ndamase’s ex-boyfriend Leeroy Sidambe after SARS slapped his company, Sakhile Ezweni Group, with a demand for more than R63m in unpaid taxes.

The revenue collector is threatening to obtain a court order to sell his company's assets, reports City Press.

A notice was sent to Sidambe on 18 January, demanding his company settle a tax debt of R63 468 909 within 10 days.

The letter also alludes to the fact that if the company fails to embark on a payment structure or settle the amount in full, SARS will seek an order from the High Court to render his estate executable.

Following his dramatic breakup with Ndamase, City Press reported this month that Sidambe could begin the new year with a financial headache as Absa apparently wants to cancel a sales agreement with him for a Land Rover worth R2m he purchased with funding from the bank in November 2020.
