Ilene operates as a sole proprietor and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of SA in 2006.  Her academic background (BA LLB (LLM) is strengthened by her unique practical experience which enables her to deliver cost-effective and efficient solutions to employment law issues, with quality service at the core.  She is a fellow of the Arbitration Association of Southern Africa and an internationally accredited mediator (CEDR) and arbitrator.
