Our firm has its origins in Johannesburg were Adriaan Lourens Badenhorst established the firm and commenced practicing under the name and style of Badenhorst Attorneys. Our core practice areas include Deceased Estates Administration, Estate Planning, Conveyancing, Criminal Litigation, Civil Litigation, Collections on a large scale, Recoveries, Foreclosures, Sectional Title Collections and Property Law.  At Badenhorst Attorneys we pride ourselves in these practice areas and in our approach to expeditiously and efficiently assist individuals and Corporate Entities. We strive to maintain a perpetual professional relationship with our clients by reporting to them on a weekly and monthly basis.            We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We are also available and willing to travel to clients who are not immediately in a position to attend our offices.
