CREDIT LAW We offer the following services in the area of Credit Law: Drafting of credit applications including standard terms and conditions of trade Advice and opinions on the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Bill Credit Law Compliance Assessments Advice on security from debtors and drafting of necessary documents

COMMERCIAL LITIGATION We offer a tough, yet honest representation in commercial litigation in the High Court, Magistrates’ Court and arbitration, with a successful track record in both the institution and defence of such matters.

DEBT RECOVERY We have a dedicated collections department dealing with volume consumer collections and high value commercial collections, in both the Magistrates’ Court and the High Court. Our services include the use of a field agent with consumer debt collections, and the use of online tracing and investigation of debtors. We understand the clients’ concerns regarding throwing good money after bad and our fee tariff in collection matters reflects this. Monthly reports to clients detail progress made in each matter within the month.
