Etha Smit Attorneys is a general practice law firm having jurisdiction in Kempton Park, Tembisa and Benoni.

We gladly accept correspondent instructions from all over South Africa. As Kempton Park is the seat of the Regional Court for the areas of Kempton Park, Tembisa, Benoni, Daveyton and Boksburg, we can specifically assist with divorce matters which can now be done in the Regional Court Kempton Park. Although we are a small firm, we strive to attend to both client's and correspondent's needs diligently.

Experience includes general litigation (High Court and Magistrate's Court), divorces (High Court and Regional Magistrate's Court), maintenance and family matters, ANC, esates and estate planning and collection of debts. Etha Smit Attorneys opened its doors on 1 February 2006, after taking over all the collection matters and correspondent litigation work of Botha Massyn and Thobejane. Before that, Etha Smit worked at Botha Massyn & Thobejane and gained experience over a period of more than 20 years.
