I am a business-minded lawyer with over 20 years experience in Investment & Merchant Banking - Corporate Finance (including Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Raising), Private Equity and Project Finance. Litigation is not my game. Dealmaking and closing the deal is.

Financial and cash flow modelling, valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation, transaction document drafting, closing the deal.
