She also worked for the Master of the High Court and for First National Trust where she gained invaluable experience in estates and trusts. Marina has furthermore been a practising attorney for 16 years and has experience in all of the firm's core practice areas.

Between 2004 and early 2009 she practised as a commercial litigator from the well-known Johannesburg firm of Brian Kahn Inc.
