I am an experienced sole practitioner, offering sophisticated, quality work and have frequently successfully litigated/resolved disputes in high profile matters. I have a great deal of experience in labour law and represent/have represented a number of chief executive officers, managing directors and senior management as well as companies in labour disputes. In addition to litigating in the labour arena, I have experience in human rights law, administrative law, constitutional law as well as commercial law, including the law of unfair competition, as well as personal injury claims in relation to mass disaster claims. In addition, I advise clients on estates, draft wills and administer estates. I offer personal service and am dedicated to work that I do for clients. I commenced practice for my own account in October 2007, having previously worked at medium and small sized firms offering quality work in Johannesburg. I also practised law at a well-known Manhattan law firm in the late 1980s, after completing an LLM at the University of Pennsylvania, USA in 1987, having previously qualified with a BA LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1986. I am also admitted as a notary and coveyancer.
