J Mandy & Associates is a law firm situated in Moorreesburg and was established in December 2015 by the owner, Joy-Anne Mandy, who obtained her LLB degree from UNISA in 2010 whilst being full time employed as a legal secretary.   Joy-Anne was admitted as an Attorney in September 2012 and as a Conveyancer and Notary during October 2014.

Joy-Anne has gained extensive knowledge and experience in Conveyancing and Administration of Estates since the start of her legal career in 2005 first as a secretary.  She has experience from an administrative side right to that of an Attorney, Executor, Conveyancer and Notary.  She gained valuable experience attending to transfers for clients who are developers in the Franschhoek and Durbanville areas, as well as previously being on the panels for the South African National Roads Agency Soc Limited and the City of Cape Town. 

We attend to various Property transfers, Notarial work (such as Antenuptial Contracts, Notarial Bonds, Conveyancer Certificates, etc); Administration of Deceased Estates; Last Will and Testaments and Registration of Trusts.

We specialise in various transfers, sub-divisions, consolidations, expropriations and registration of servitudes all over South Africa and are not limited to only the Cape Town Deeds Office.

We also assist fellow colleagues with correspondence work in the Cape Town Deeds Office.
