Mr. Johan van der Wath the principal has been in the profession for over 37 years with a well known reputation for his litigation skills and who is admitted as a notary as well as a conveyancer.

Mrs. Jolande de Jager Bester has been in the profession for 9 years and has experience in various fields of law and she is an admitted notary.

This rapidly expanding professional team consisting currently of 7 support staff, all of whom have been specifically chosen and trained to meet our clients specific needs, strive to offer value-added and cost effective services.

We strongly believe in client satisfaction and being accessible to clients at all times, incorporating quality professional services to all clients, enhanced by effective management and effective use of technology.

We are dedicated and committed to high ethical and professional standards, client care and development, with a work culture of service excellence, professional competence, and meticulous attention to detail, utilizing the technology to enhance our service delivery. The practice is fully computerized, with a network utilizing Conveyancing-, High Court and Magistrates Court-, Collections- Estates – and accounting software, to enhance productivity and accelerate service delivery, with effective monthly accounting and reporting to our clients. This system allows us to serve a much larger client base efficiently with up-to-date reporting on any instruction, at any time, in the format required and requested by the client. We have the ability to handle mass volumes of instructions promptly, with the required and necessary professionalism and expertise.

The practice has a large and prestigious client base consisting of doctors, farmers, small businesses, financial institutions and other corporate clients. We are passionate about what we do and thrive on the knowledge, that what we are doing adds value to the people and organizations that we are privileged to call our clients.

We are based within the jurisdiction of Ermelo, Mpumalanga and therefore the Northern Gauteng High Court, Pretoria as well as the new Regional court situated in Eerstehoek. We do however also render Legal Services to numerous clients, with needs for specific Legal Services outside this area. This is done in conjunction with a network of Correspondents developed over the years with cost effective fee agreements set up to limit costs and to suit the specific needs of our clients.

We travel to nearby situated courts in Hendrina, Bethal, Carolina, Amersfoort, Amsterdam, Breyten, Morgenzon and Eerstehoek.
