The founder of the firm is Mani Shaikjee, who is an admitted attorney and conveyancer. Mani is also a seasoned legal risk practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Mani has implemented strategic projects both nationally and  internationally and has a good understanding of the dynamics of doing international business especially across Africa.
