After practicing as a general litigation attorney for approximately 10 years, Burger Malherbe started Malherbe Attorneys as a specialist family law firm in Somerset West, later relocating first to Stellenbosch and in 2019 to Kleinmond. Our main practice area entails divorces and all aspects generally associated with divorce law. He practises from Kleinmond, but service the whole of the Western Cape/Overberg areas, including doing home visits where necessary, believing in personal service. We also have offices in Stellenbosch, where our conveyancing partner, Helene Meyer, operates from.

Areas include Kleinmond, Hermanus, Caledon, Somerset West, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Cape Town.
