Both offices are centrally located and parking is available for clients. MKM has an active conveyancing department. This emanantes from a number of land developers who form part of the firm's client base. Direct lodgement facilities have been established at both the Pretoria and Johannesburg Deeds Offices, which negates the use of correspondents. This obviously makes lodgements of deeds more time efficient and less costly.

History - MKM Attorneys & Conveyancers was established during 2002 when the partners consolidated their seperate legal practices. MKM is a proffesional empowerment partnership. The firm compromises a law practice which is extensively involved in commercial law, property law, insolvency law, High Court litigation, fraud investigation and most importantly conveyancing.
