Ms. Roloff has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry having been involved in major projects both domestically and internationally in the mining, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, development and infrastructure sectors. Ms. Roloff specializes in NEC, FIDIC, JBCC and GCC contracts. Ms. Roloff is also as mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator, and has presented several training courses on NEC, FIDIC, JBCC, GCC, a comparison between construction contracts, construction adjudication etc.
