Tate, Nolan & Knight Inc. was established in 1989. Our team currently consists of 12 professionals supported by 27 staff members. Neil Knight and Charmaine Schwenn are the directors of the firm. Alison Tate and Jeremy Harcourt-Baldwin are Consultants to the firm.
Expansion in 2011 saw the addition of another Senior Attorney and Conveyancer to the Durban North Office and Cornel van de Venter as Pietermaritzburg branch office Associate. Together this combination brings a wealth of legal experience and focused expertise to the practice.
To accommodate our growth in 2011 we expanded our Durban Office space so that we now occupy two buildings which are linked to each other by the only privately owned sky-walk in Durban North. Our Pietermaritzburg branch office is conveniently situated in Pietermaritz street close to the Deeds office and The Master of the High Court.
