We advise on all aspects of corporate and commercial law - from sourcing a business to acquire, to acquiring the business and to running the businesses. We conduct due diligence investigations for mergers and acquisitions and project finance and structuring. We advise on the acquisition and disposal of shares and companies. In addition, we act for and on behalf of our clients in corporate and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and other complex commercial litigation matters, both in court and through alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation.
