Abdul Waheed Parker

Waheed Parker has approximately 25 years of experience in the legal field with a diverse range of expertise including but not limited to conveyancing, corporate work, commercial transactions, administration of estates, registration of notarial bonds and ancillary contracts. He is also a lecturer at lead – legal education and development (under the auspices of the law society of south africa) and lectures on the subject of drafting of contracts. He is also an examiner at the law society of south africa.

Formal Admissions:
Admitted to the High Court as an attorney in January 1992.
Admitted as a Notary Public in January 2006.
Admitted as a Conveyancer in January 2005.
