Adam Gordon Anderson

Adam is the head of Litigation and has been a director in Bowman Gilfillan’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department since 2002. Before this, he spent 10 years as an attorney with a niche commercial litigation firm. He is also a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court. Adam heads up a large team of litigation lawyers with varying degrees of experience and expertise. Adam specialises in dispute resolution. His expertise extends from banking and corporate litigation to insurance, mining, construction, contractual and general litigation disputes. He has been involved in significant commercial disputes, including litigious insurance cases which have involved many of the large insurance houses. Adam is currently involved in defending the largest class action claim brought in South African history.
