Adéle is a qualified attorney and notary public admitted to the High Court of South Africa. She is a member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) and the Law Society of the Northern Provinces (SA). Adéle has more than 15 years experience in all aspects pertaining to trade marks, including prosecution and litigation, copyright and advertising industry matters. She also has extensive experience in intellectual property management, intellectual property commercialization and the taxation of intellectual property.
