First admitted as attorney in 1975. Practised in partnership under name Naude Swart & co until 1978. Joined Van Wyk De Vries attorneys as partner in 1979. Admitted as Advocate in 1989. Joined Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 1989. Left the bar and was readmitted as attorney, notary an conveyance in 1995. Since 1996 in current practice.
