Alec Leicher

Alec’s areas of practice include attending to commercial and residential transfers, mortgage bonds for major commercial banks, Investec mortgage bonds, commercial property finance bonds, notarial bonds, servitudes, notarial work, sub-divisions and township establishment, establishment of sectional schemes, sectional transfers, commercial agreements, estate planning, drafting of wills and establishment of trusts. Some of Alec’s achievements and experience include: Former Head of Conveyancing Department at Lazzara Leicher.  In-house legal advisor for Linc Entertainment Group, a group of companies in the entertainment industry.  Joined KHL in 2000 and became a director in 2004.
