Alison Jean van Vollenhoven

Alison van Vollenhoven completed her tertiary education at the former Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (now Nelson Mandela University), where she graduated with a B Comm degree in Law (cum laude) and an LLB (cum laude). Alison completed her articles of clerkship at Gray Moodliar Inc. and thereafter became an associate after being admitted as an attorney. Alison’s areas of specialisation include labour law, municipal and administrative law, supply chain management and civil litigation. Alison has represented and advised clients involved in various disputes in the CCMA, various bargaining councils, the Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court, and has dealt with cases involving forensic investigations and the institution of disciplinary and civil proceedings against senior employees.  Alison has also represented and advised clients involved in civil litigation, and High Court matters, and has experience in personal injury claims and the drafting of lease agreements for commercial properties.
