Amanda Arumugam

Amanda Arumugam is a senior associate in our Johannesburg office Employment & Benefits Practice. She has extensive knowledge in employment law. Amanda advises a wide range of clients, primarily multinationals, financial institutions, and executive employees. Her areas of practice include general employment law, the employment consequences of commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, restraints of trade, unfair dismissal and unfair labour practice claims, as well as drafting and advising on employment contracts. Amanda Arumugam completed her LLB (with distinction) at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and obtained her LLM (Labour law) from the University of South Africa. She is a member of the South African Society of Labour Lawyers (SASLAW).
