Amanda Ferneyhough

Amanda Ferneyhough obtained her LLB at the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2011. In 2015 she was approached by Strauss Daly in order to set up and run the Business Banking Department which she now heads up. Amanda specializes in High Court litigation and insolvency, as well as commercial and residential evictions. Amanda’s main area of expertise is Banking Law as Amanda represents the top 5 Banks in South Africa. In addition to the above Amanda represents a variety of corporate clients and assists with Tender dispute resolution, as well as re-registration of entities in order to achieve the best outcome for the client.
