Anabela Chaves Da Silva

Anabela obtained her BA degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, and her BProc and LLB degrees from the Rand Afrikaans University. She completed articles of clerkship with Hofmeyr Herbstein Gihwala Inc and was admitted as an attorney in 1995. Anabela joined Moss Morris in 2001 and was a founding partner of TWB in October 2004. Anabela specialises in commercial litigation, arbitrations, competition law litigation, banking law litigation, family law, pharmaceutical law and insurance law. She is a lecturer for the Law Society of the Northern Provinces, and also sits on the examination panel for the Attorney's Admission examinations.
