Andre Van Der Merwe

Andre is the founding partner of Enderstein van der Merwe Inc.  He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court during 1989. He specializes in banking law, insolvency law, including interrogations, business rescue procedures, urgent commercial applications, company law and commercial litigation.
