Andrea Engle

Andrea graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in 2016 and a postgraduate LLB from the University of Cape Town in 2017. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2020 and as a Notary Public in 2022. Andrea also obtained an internationally recognized advanced postgraduate Diploma in Estate and Trust Administration from the University of the Free State in 2022. ​Andrea elected to specialize in estate and trust administration and litigation as well as in family law and managed an estate and trust department before joining Goliath and Co. Andrea is passionate about people and the law, striving to provide excellent service and to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients. She is committed to serving clients with kindness and expertise, which has enabled her to build long lasting relationships with her clients and colleagues. During her years of practice, Andrea has managed complex matters, advising on a wide range of legal questions and litigation pertaining to the law of trusts, estate planning and family law. She has administered smaller estates, as well as high net worth estates quickly and efficiently, Andrea has also been involved in litigation in both the Magistrates and High Court pertaining to family law and commercial law.
