Andrew Farrell Donnelly

Head of the Litigation Department; Partner; Member of the Shepstone & Wylie Board. Andrew deals mainly with commercial and construction disputes in the High Court and arbitration forums. He represents a number of major contractors and clients in both the construction and engineering fields. Andrew also specialises in insolvency and liquidation matters and represents both banks and credit suppliers in all forms of their commercial disputes. In addition, he is experienced in credit matters and the impact of the new National Credit Act. Andrew has a vast knowledge of and experience in tender law and judicial reviews.
