Andrew Phillips

Andrew Phillips is a litigation specialist and a member of the firm’s insurance and personal injury team.Andrew’s practice covers all aspects of insurance, delictual and personal injury litigation, with a specific focus on medical negligence, third party and slip & fall claims, professional negligence actions and matters against the State (including pothole and unlawful arrest and detention matters, and matters against PRASA. Andrew's credentials include: Legal Practice Council (LPC) – Member Pretoria Attorneys Association (PAA) – Member Andrew advises clients in a wide variety of personal injury cases, against numerous defendants namely the Road Accident Fund, Organs of State (Department of health, Minister of Police and the various MEC’s). He also oversees a thriving correspondent practice which renders assistance to other attorneys (from Rustenburg to Johannesburg) in relation to litigation in the Pretoria, Johannesburg, Mafikeng, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and East London divisions of the High Court.
