Andrew Staude

Andrew specialises in commercial litigation as well as tax litigation and disputes against SARS.  Andrew has a special interest in all facets of disputes in relation to the Tax Administration Act, including objections, alternative dispute resolution hearings and appeals to the tax court. Andrew has also been involved in a number of matters acting for banks as both plaintiff and defendant.
