Anél Bestbier

Anel obtained her LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2012 and was admitted as an attorney in 2015 after completing her articles at Thomson Wilks Inc. She is currently based in the Cape Town office. Anel’s main area of practice is commercial and general civil litigation. During the course of her articles she gained experience in various areas of law including commercial and general civil litigation (in both the Magistrate’s and High Courts) and arbitrations, family law and insolvency law and intends to develop her practice further in general civil litigation.
