Anya Kurdziel-Audagnotti

Anya is an admitted attorney in the High Court of South Africa. She has completed her BProc as well as an advanced Diploma in Labour Law and is an accredited Court Mediator. After having completed her degree of BProc she was articled under well respected attorneys in the field of Commercial and Civil Litigation as well as Collections. Anya previously ran her own practice for a period of 8 years which mainly focused on Debt Collections, Family Law, Commercial and Civil Litigation as well as Labour Law. She trained 5 candidate attorneys during that period, who now are successful and admitted attorneys and legal advisors. Anya was invited to act as a Magistrate at the Randburg Magistrate’s Court where she gained experience as a Trial Magistrate in various civil litigation issues including motor vehicle accident claims, Childrens’s Court as well as the Domestic Violence and Maintenance Court.
