Arno Pierre Bosch

Arno started his professional career in 2006 at the Free State’s largest law firm, Honey Attorneys, where he specialised in civil and commercial litigation. In 2010, he joined the National Credit Regulator as a specialist legal advisor focusing on enforcement action against high profile stakeholders in the credit industry. Arno returned to practice in 2012 and now represents various credit providers and other industry stakeholder. Besides consumer legislation, he also specialises in commercial drafting and civil and commercial litigation, acting on behalf of various major corporations in the hospitality, frail care, credit, media, and construction industries. An avid golfer, Arno is married with two children.×
