Ashmita Jivan Mistry

Ashmita Jivan Mistry - Ashmita graduated from North West University in 2001 with BA LLB Degrees in 1999 and 2001 respectively. She was admitted in 2003. She then went on to obtain her LLM from UNISA in 2006. She specializes in the drafting of commercial contracts and leases and family and marriage law. Areas of particular interest to Ashmita are Antenuptial Contracts, Family Law- particularly with regards to divorces (apposed and unopposed), Consumer Protection Law and Contracts (civil and commercial).
