Aslam Ahmed Sadiq Moolla

Aslam holds LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He completed his articles and professional training at Webber Wentzel, a premier South African law firm associated with the African Legal Network and Linklaters in the UK. After completing his Masters, Aslam joined the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department. Aslam specialises in commercial and labour litigation and has experience in contractual disputes, due diligence investigations, labour disciplinary processes, intellectual property protection and High Court litigation. Aslam has also taught various legal subjects at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is published as a research contributor in a renowned Civil Procedure book.  Aslam has successfully assisted clients in various fields, including mining houses, telecommunication companies, health care specialists, district municipalities, and corporate multi-nationals
