Barend Kruger was admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary during 1998 and specialize in property law. With more than 15 years experience in the field of conveyancing, he has gained valuable experience in the end to end user property transfers and mortgage finance as well as property developments and township opening and development.Barend lectured Notarial Practise part time on behalf of the Legal Education institute of South Africa (LEAD SA) and has vast experience in all aspects of Notarial Practise such as notarial bonds, antenuptial contracts, notarial leases and servitudes.Being head of department of our Sandton branch, we are logistically situated perfectly to broaden our horizons in the property law field throughout the whole of Gauteng Province by giving excellent personal service to all our clients, whether individual, corporate or financial institutuions, throuth our network of highly skilled professionals and para-legals.
