Botha Pretorius

Botha is a Director of the firm. Born and breed in Brackenfell, he graduated from Stellenbosch University with the degree B.Comm and from the University of South Africa with the degree LL.B. He completed his articles partly at Attie de Waal Attorneys in Durbanville and then at Bornman & Hayward in Tygervalley. He then moved to Venter van Eeden, Bellville, where he practised as attorney and later also as conveyancer. He is well known as a skilled commercial orientated litigant and conveyancer. He is also an Auctioneer and has right of Appearance in the High Court. Botha and his family live in Brackenfell.
