Brian Lutzno

Brian graduated from the University of Cape Town and was admitted as an Attorney in 1981. He established the firm in 1985 after being a Partner for several years in one of Cape Towns most respected law firms. Brian has represented many of the icons of the liberation struggle, including Nelson Mandela and Oscar Mpetha. This ethos of the pursuit of justice remains a hallmark of the firm to this day. Brian's fields of expertise include Commercial and Corporate Law, Property Law, Estate planning, Administration of Deceased Estates and Litigation. Brian is an innovative and creative thinker, providing often unorthodox solutions to complex problems.
