Chantal Maharaj

Chantal began her career in 2008 as a candidate attorney at the firm and was appointed as an associate in 2012 in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in commercial litigation, which includes motion, trial court proceedings and arbitrations. Chantal’s general practice experience extends to labour disputes, family law, liquidations, interdicts and general contractual disputes. Chantal’s commercial experience extends to due diligence investigations. Chantal is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.

• LLB (Hons) (University of Witwatersrand) • Certificate in advanced Company law II (University of Witwatersrand) • Year of admission as an attorney 2011.

Formal Admissions:
Admitted to the High Court as an attorney in January 2009.
