Charles van Staden handles all aspects of exchange control. He is a member of the Institute of Bankers in South Africa and an audit committee member of the University of Johannesburg. Representative experience: Assisting Span Property International (Pty) Limited in obtaining the necessary exchange control permission to invest in the UK property market via a Mauritian holding company.  Assisting Tadvest Limited to obtain the necessary exchange control permission to inward list on the Namibian Stock Exchange.  Submitting emigration applications to the Financial Surveillance Department on behalf of high net worth clients.  Submitting applications to the Financial Surveillance Department for the necessary permission on behalf of high net worth clients to externalise additional capital for foreign investment purposes.  Assisting clients to regularise their exchange control affairs.  Acting as an exchange control expert witness on behalf of South African Fruit Promoters (Pty) Limited.
