Charmain Webb

Charmain is an attorney and conveyancer, specialising in employment law. She has worked as a legal advisor for a large trade union in the public sector and has been appointed to act as a commissioner for the SALGBC for four years, before going back into full time private practice. She represents both employers and employees at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and Labour Court and also does training on all aspects of employment law and the regulation of the employment relationship.
