Charmaine Louise Schwenn

Charmaine Schwenn Charmaine who was born in Durban, attended various schools across the country. She matriculated with exemption from Pinetown Girls’ High School in 1989 and graduated from the University of Natal in 1995 after having completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees. In 2001 she joined Tate & Nolan as a professional assistant and was promoted to Associate in 2003. Charmaine is also an admitted conveyancer having been admitted after passing the conveyancing exam and being placed first in the province in 2006. She is a member and former committee member of the Business Women’s Association and also belongs to the Business Book Club. Charmaine is married to Barry Todd and her hobbies and interests include traveling, reading, theatre, gym, swimming and music. Charmaine was appointed as a Director on 1 October 2007 and her area of specialty is Civil Litigation and as such her practice encompasses Commercial Litigation, Collections, Individual Litigation, Liquidations and Sequestrations and Matrimonial Litigation.
