Christo Nöthnagel leads the Cape Town office of Greyvensteins Incorporated and has been with the firm since 2000.  His practical and efficient ability to solve problems adds immense value to the practice and services offered to our clients. As conveyancer he focuses on residential transfers, drafting of contracts, subdivision of land, advising on sectional title schemes & freehold development, servitudes, mortgage bonds, Notarial bonds and all related commercial matters .  In this regard he and our firm acts for several Banks and Financial Institutions, Estate Agencies and other firms of attorneys specialising in conveyancing.   His and the Cape Town’s office close relationship with the Deeds Office and Registrar of Deeds furthermore provides the firm with special insight and understanding of the practical challenges faced in the transfer of land and property development process.
