Christopher MacRoberts

Christopher is a South African qualified attorney with experience in insurance and reinsurance coverage advice and dispute resolution. He advises major South African financial institutions and insurers, Lloyd's syndicates and coverholders in relation to coverage, defence, recoveries and policy wordings. Christopher’s interest in liability claims extends to acting for audit practices, intermediaries and specialist PI underwriters in professional indemnity matters. Christopher holds BCom and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, both with distinction, and practised as an Associate with another large multi-national firm before joining Clyde & Co. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2013.
