Claudette Simone Mimi Dutilleux

Claudette joined Thomson Wilks in 2012 and was then appointed as a director in March 2016. Claudette’s main areas of practice are commercial and general civil litigation and litigates in the Magistrates, Regional and High Courts. She has experience in commercial arbitra-tions and she intends to develop her practice further in this area. Her practice further includes appeals to the High Court and the Supreme Court of Appeal, insolvency law and drafting of will and contracts. She is also available to act as a correspondent in Constitutional Court matters.
