David De Lisle Bailes

David was admitted as an attorney in 1992. He has experience as an entrepreneur and businessman in new business development; market and product development; property development and construction; call centre development and management; software development, maintenance and licensing; corporate shareholder communications and proxy solicitation. David specialises in commercial agreements and general, commercial agreements and general, community commercial litigation. David also has an interest in sustainable community development and clean development projects.
