Managing a commercial due diligence investigation relating to a multibillion rand acquisition of a property letting enterprise by a publicly listed property management company. Due diligence investigation and drafting agreements to incorporate joint venture between publicly listed entities listed on the LSE and JSE in the tourism sector. Advising board members of a private equity investment structure on corporate governance issues with an emphasis on their fiduciary duties and conflicts of interest. Assisting in the drafting of various commercial agreements and advising on various commercial transactions, including restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
