David Paul Coleman

Having spent 10 years in the Structured Finance and Leveraged Finance departments of local and international banks, David specialises in banking and finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, property finance and preference share finance. David has extensive experience in secured lending, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and BEE transactions.
