Dawie Maartens

After completing his articles Dawie was admitted as an attorney in 2003. During the course of his articles and subsequent to his admission Dawie gained extensive experience in criminal and civil litigation in both the Magistrate’s and High Courts, as well as arbitrations. Dawie joined DSC Attorneys in 2008 as a professional assistant and was promoted to associate in 2010. Dawie specializes in personal injury law and has extended his practice to include actions arising out of police assaults, general insurance litigation, as well as actions against Metrorail and “slip & trip” matters.
